About the Event

Following the success of Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling for Asian Women in May, the European Asian Network (EAN) invites you to an evening of reflection, dialogue, and empowerment.

Our May poll revealed that many Asian women professionals in Europe continue to face persistent workplace stereotypes — being seen as hardworking but not leader material, the forever foreigner, or competent but cold.

This interactive workshop is a safe and supportive space to exchange experiences, unpack bias, and co-create practical solutions to move beyond these limiting narratives.
